About The Position

We are looking for the next ROCK STAR to join our family at Jimmy John's!!! Part-time positions are available in most locations. PIC's must understand the importance of the customer experience and understand that they are the 'Face' of Jimmy John's. Real people serving awesome sandwiches to real people in 30 seconds or less, and deliveries in under 10 minutes!

Requirements

• Must understand the importance of customer experience.
• Ability to supervise a staff of 1 to 8 team members.
• Familiarity with Jimmy John's policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage shifts while acting as manager in charge of store.
• Deploy team members as required to meet business demands and make necessary staffing decisions.
• Communicate clearly, concisely and accurately in order to ensure effective shift operations.
• Work the line. Perform all tasks related to Jimmy John's operational standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered on every shift.
• Follow all food safety, cash handling and operations procedures and policies.
• Ensure proper financial accountability during each shift.
• Clearly and comfortably delegates both routine and important tasks and decisions.
• Create an environment in which Team Members are motivated to do their best.
