About The Position

This job posting is for a Shift Leader/Manager position starting at $21 per hour, with an additional $1 per hour for employees working an overnight shift. The position is in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, separate from McDonald's USA. The franchisee is responsible for all employment matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling employees. McDonald's USA has no control over these matters and will not receive a copy of your employment application.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness to customers.
• Plan for each shift and monitor performance.
• Take action to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for the next shift.
• Meet targets during shifts and help assigned Departments meet their goals.
