About The Position

We are looking to grow our management team! No experience necessary! We are hiring to train Store Managers, Assistant Managers, and Shift Leaders! The Store Manager is responsible for managing all functions of a Jimmy John's restaurant to ensure customer service and high-quality products are delivered to ensure restaurant profitability. This includes the successful execution of fast, accurate sandwiches and world-class customer service while maintaining a clean, organized shift. Store manager candidates are required to be in constant contact with the staff and customers, ensuring that their staff provides the highest quality customer services and monitoring the overall financial performance of the store. A perfect store manager candidate should be reliable, accommodating, courteous, and friendly to ensure that the customers are fully satisfied.
