About the position
The Custodial Shift Leader is responsible for safely performing contract duties as assigned by management. Quality customer service is expected to be provided at all times. Knowledge and willingness to learn all aspects of the job is a requirement of the position. DAY AND NIGHT SHIFT AVAILABLE.
Responsibilities
- Safely perform contract duties as assigned by management.
- Provide quality customer service at all times.
- Learn all aspects of the job as required.
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in custodial or related services.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a lead or supervisory role.
- Ability to work independently as needed to support the group effort.
- Physically able to perform general tasks detailed in the assigned contract.
- Ability to interact appropriately with customers and team members.
- Possess a valid driver’s license in the state of residence with a satisfactory driving record.
- Pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings.
