This position involves supervising shifts and/or work areas in the operation of a Papa John's restaurant to ensure high quality products and customer service are delivered, contributing to restaurant profitability.   • Demonstrate exemplary operations skills in all aspects of the restaurant including making quality products and ensuring each delivered product meets Papa John's standards.
  • Professionally and promptly respond to all customer concerns or issues.
  • Solicit customer feedback, share feedback with team, and use feedback to improve restaurant operations and build brand loyalty.
  • Communicate, train and promote quality standards to team members using available tools.
  • Supervise a restaurant team, maintain adequate shift staffing levels according to projected sales.
  • Properly train team members to exceed customer expectations and ensure compliance with uniform and appearance standards.
  • Contribute to sales goals by providing prompt and friendly customer service.
  • Contribute to profit goals by ensuring they stay within company guidelines and target goals.
  • Execute cash management duties and assist in managing adequate inventory levels.
  • Ensure the restaurant is clean, safe, and organized; complies with safety and security standards.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Successful and stable employment history.
  • Ability to lead a team during a shift with no supervision.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work long hours, scheduled or unscheduled, including nights and weekends.
  • Ability to perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant, including pizza delivery.
  • Bilingual in certain markets.
  • Experience with cash management skills.
