About The Position
At Tiff's Treats, we bring happiness to customers by delivering warm, delicious treats, and we're currently seeking enthusiastic On Duty Managers (ODMs) to join our team! This hybrid role offers a dynamic work environment where responsibilities vary based on your scheduled shift. During ODM shifts, you'll lead the team and oversee store operations in the absence of salaried managers. For other shifts, you'll either work in the kitchen preparing and packaging treats or deliver warm treats directly to customers.
