About The Position

Toppers Pizza – Join a Team That Brings the Heat More Requirements/Responsibilities What You’ll Be Doing -Leading day-to-day operations during daytime shifts -Opening the store and getting the day started the right way -Managing prep, cleanliness, food quality, and organization -Ensuring the store is fully stocked and ready for the dinner rush -Helping with pizza making, order prep, phones, customer service, and carryout -Delegating tasks and supporting team members when scheduled with others -Handling downtime productively and keeping the shift moving -Following company procedures and food safety standards -Communicating important updates to the night team and management -Helping create a positive, accountable, and high-energy work environment Ideal qualities include: -Reliable and consistently on time -Strong work ethic and sense of urgency -Comfortable working alone during slower daytime hours -Able to stay productive without constant supervision -Organized and detail-oriented -Confident leading others and making decisions -Friendly and professional with customers and coworkers -Focused on cleanliness, food quality, and operational standards -Able to prepare the team and store for a successful dinner and late-night shift
