About The Position

The Shift Leader at Church's Chicken is responsible for overseeing shift operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory levels, and conducting money counts. This role involves coaching and training team members to maintain high standards of food preparation and service, while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A high school diploma or G.E.D. is highly recommended.
• ServSafe® food safety training is highly recommended.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and have access to an automotive vehicle during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service.
• Ensure all menu products are prepared and served according to standard procedures.
• Carry out prepared job assignments and activities by Team Members.
• Assist Team Members in preparing quality products and maintaining a clean restaurant.
• Demonstrate proper procedures for Team Members to follow.
• Enforce safety and security policies and procedures.
• Perform opening and closing duties as required on the Shift Awareness Checklists.
• Follow proper product procedures for preparation of all menu items.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of food products.
• Maintain professional and ethical leadership behaviors at all times.
• Ensure on-time attendance by each employee for shift.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
