About The Position

The Shift Leader at Domino's in Harrisville is responsible for supervising shifts and/or work areas in the operation of an Independent Domino’s Franchisee’s restaurant. The role ensures high-quality products and customer service are delivered to maintain restaurant profitability. Responsibilities include managing operations, executing company policies, and ensuring compliance with all laws and ethical business practices.

Requirements

• Understand a team-based environment and be able to coach and be coached.
• Create and maintain perfect product and store image.
• Have a valid Food Handler Permit.
• Experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a restaurant team and maintain adequate shift staffing levels according to projected sales.
• Train team members to exceed customer expectations and ensure compliance with uniform and appearance standards.
• Coach team members for improved performance and build an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
• Safely interact with customers at the store and receive/process telephone orders.
• Handle sensitive and confidential customer information responsibly.
• Execute credit transactions and make bank deposits as necessary.
• Respond professionally and promptly to all customer concerns or issues.
• Solicit customer feedback and use it to improve restaurant operations.
• Communicate, train, and promote quality standards to team members.
• Manage cash and assist in inventory management to minimize loss.
• Prepare product and operate all equipment, ensuring cleanliness of the facility.
