As a Shift Leader at Domino's, you will supervise shifts and work areas in the operation of an Independent Domino's Franchisee's restaurant. Your primary goal will be to ensure high-quality products and customer service, contributing to the restaurant's profitability. You will manage operations by executing all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices.

  • Supervise a restaurant team and maintain adequate shift staffing levels according to projected sales.
  • Train team members to exceed customer expectations and ensure compliance with uniform and appearance standards.
  • Coach team members for improved performance and build an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
  • Safely interact with customers at the store and receive/process telephone orders.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential customer information responsibly.
  • Execute credit transactions and make bank deposits as necessary.
  • Respond professionally and promptly to all customer concerns or issues.
  • Solicit customer feedback and use it to improve restaurant operations and build brand loyalty.
  • Communicate, train, and promote quality standards to team members.
  • Execute cash management duties and assist in managing adequate inventory levels.
  • Prepare product and operate all equipment, ensuring cleanliness of the facility.
  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
  • Must have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements.
  • Must have a valid Food Handler Permit.
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
