About The Position

As a Shift Manager at Trips Pizza LLC, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations during your shift at one of our six Domino's locations in New Hampshire and Vermont. This includes managing cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and ensuring excellent customer relations. You will set the standard for your crew by adhering to all company policies and procedures, and you will be expected to lead by example. Your role will also involve staffing, paperwork management, food management, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring profitability through effective marketing and customer service.

Requirements

• Ability to operate all equipment and stock ingredients
• Experience in preparing products and processing orders
• Ability to take inventory and complete associated paperwork
• Strong communication skills for verbal and written instructions
• Ability to perform basic math functions accurately
• Proficient in using a computer keyboard or touch screen for order entry
