About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Open and close the store in the absence of management.
  • Handle cash and ensure the store is ready for business.
  • Complete product returns, order voids, and customer refunds.
  • Engage customers and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
  • Model and share customer service best practices with team members.
  • Hold store keys and assist with vendor deliveries.
  • Register all sales on assigned cash register and manage pricing tasks.
  • Assist in evaluating and developing displays and maintaining inventory counts.
  • Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
  • Assist with bookkeeping activities and maintain store cleanliness.
  • Serve as a liaison between management and team members.
  • Attend training and complete required certifications.
