Requirements

  • One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

  • Open and close the store in the absence of management.
  • Handle cash transactions and ensure the store is ready for business.
  • Assist with deliveries and product returns.
  • Engage customers and provide assistance with products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure a positive experience.
  • Coach team members on customer service best practices.
  • Manage store keys and assist with inventory management.

  • Assist with bookkeeping activities as necessary.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and appearance.

  • Assist at the pharmacy out window as requested.

  • Report disciplinary issues and customer complaints to management.
