About The Position

The position involves opening and closing the store in the absence of management, ensuring all systems start-ups and cash handling are completed. Requirements

  • One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

  • Open and close the store in the absence of management.
  • Handle cash transactions and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
  • Engage customers and provide assistance with products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure a positive experience.
  • Coach team members on customer service best practices.
  • Assist with warehouse and vendor ordering processes.
  • Register all sales accurately on the cash register.
  • Assist in evaluating and developing store displays.
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and manage stock rotation.
  • Ensure compliance with pricing regulations and signage.
  • Assist with bookkeeping activities as necessary.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and appearance.
  • Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
  • Communicate tasks to team members in the absence of management.
  • Report disciplinary issues and customer complaints to management.
