About The Position
As a Shift Lead, you'll help ensure your team of co-workers are maximizing their overall productivity during each shift, while adhering to the highest safety standards. You will work closely with the On-Site Manager to set shift and operating schedules to best service the local customers. This role involves assisting with recruiting and developing employees, ensuring compliance with company policies regarding safety and HR, and maintaining supplies and office equipment. You will also assist with forklift driver duties, track movements, manage employee relations issues, load and unload materials, check load security, perform equipment checks, verify product quality, and execute assignments accurately and safely while maintaining a clean working environment.
