The Role:
We’re looking for a Shift Lead who brings steady leadership, a positive attitude, and a real appreciation for good food. At Burrachos, we’re grateful for the people who walk through our doors every day, and we rely on leaders who can support the team while keeping the energy upbeat and welcoming.
As a Shift Lead, you’ll help keep daily operations running smoothly, encourage great service, and lend a hand wherever it’s needed. We see this role as the bridge between teamwork and leadership—someone who lifts others up and leads by example.
What A Day In The Life Looks Like:

Requirements

• Excellent communication
• Dependability
• Be at least 18 years old
• Have at least 3 months of experience working in a restaurant/ customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Enthusiastic and friendly attitude
• Passion and willingness to train our great team
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Looking for open availability

Responsibilities

• Prepare food orders
• Prep/cook food when needed
• Enter customer sales, accept payments, and provide change when needed
• Handle and resolve customer concerns with professionalism
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness
• Engage with customers
• Answer customer questions
• Lead and help train team members to deliver excellent customer service
• Assist with catering as needed, including taking phone orders, delivering, and working off-site at catering events
