About The Position

Shift Leads are responsible for providing excellent guest service while executing operation and service standards at the highest level. The Shift Lead assists the Store Manager in ensuring the company standards are met and that Team Members comply with policies and procedures. They uphold and execute the Mission, Vision and Values of the company and assist others in doing the same.

Requirements

Ability to maintain confidential information in the strictest of confidence.
Basic management skills regarding Labor controls and Product costs.
Ability to Lead a Team effectively and in a professional manner
Ability to handle responsibility.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
Effective customer service skills
Ability to maintain a fast pace.
Ability to complete initial and subsequent training. (Yogurtland U)
Food Handler's Card
Workplace Violence Prevention Training
Harassment Training
Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available evenings and weekends.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

1-year previous supervisory experience preferred but not required.
Computer skills a plus

Responsibilities

Cash Handling (drawer balancing, safe deposits, etc.) is accountable for funds.
Overseeing and managing the security of safe and drawer funds.
Maintaining the security of the store.
Good interpersonal skills, including professionalism in working with team members and guests
Dedicated to increasing customer loyalty and building sales through excellent customer service
Able to read, write and communicate effectively
Able perform and understand simple mathematical calculations
Models and trains company standards
Good time management and organizational skills and successfully performs multiple tasks
Assist with marketing activities within the community, such as promoting fundraising
Ensure food quality standards are met.
Ensure cleanliness, health and safety standards are maintained at all times
Utilizing technology (iPads, Tablets, POS, etc.) to perform required job duties
Responsible for ensuring the completion of operational checklists and forms
Assist in training, coaching and development of Team members and new Shift Leads
All job duties required of Team Members
Requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday.
Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently
