The Shift Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store during their shift, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Must be 18 years or older to apply

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train team members
• Ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Ensure that all safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
