About The Position
At Nothing Bundt Cakes, the Shift Lead keeps the atmosphere upbeat and the sweets coming by overseeing and helping the bakery operations when the manager is not present. Every day is delicious and satisfying. And as part of this successful and growing brand, there is no shortage of opportunities for promotion. The Shift Lead will be trained in all positions in the bakery including baking, frosting, delivery, customer service, events, and marketing to allow for potential promotions to assistant manager or manager if desired!
