About The Position

At Chick-fil-A, Team/Shift Leaders play a vital role in assisting our team with all aspects of shift management, ensuring that each guest enjoys an outstanding experience. Team/Shift Leaders supervise assigned stations throughout their shift and are tasked with opening and/or closing the restaurant following the established procedures. Responsibilities

  • Encourage Team Members to work at a pace that meets the restaurant's established speed of service guidelines.
  • Execute proper security and cash handling protocols while holding cashiers accountable for compliance.
  • Oversee the cleanliness of the dining room, restrooms, parking lot, and overall facility.
  • Address guest issues as they arise and consult with management on more complex matters.
  • Foster positive working relationships with employees, providing direction and constructive feedback.
  • Communicate employee performance and policy violations to management for appropriate resolution.
  • Strictly adhere to all company policies and procedures.
