This is a great opportunity for PRAs who enjoy a fast, fun environment and are interested in developing their leadership skills. ____________________ Role Structure This is a hybrid role: ● You will serve as Shift Lead during designated lead shifts ($16.00/hour) ● You will work as a PRA during non-lead shifts ($14.00/hour) ● Pay will align with the role you are scheduled to perform
Requirements
- Demonstrated reliability and strong performance in your current role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment
- Positive, solutions-focused attitude
- Confidence supporting and guiding peers
- Must maintain flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Must meet all current employment requirements
Responsibilities
- Support and motivate the team to achieve revenue goals
- Help oversee daily photo retail operations
- Monitor performance and use insights to drive results
- Handle guest questions and resolve concerns professionally
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
- Complete all required paperwork, shift reports, and operational documentation accurately and on time
- Act as a liaison with the host company and represent Elements Imaging with professionalism
- Support coverage across capture, production, and retail
- Help maintain strong team alignment and guest experience standards
