About The Position

We are seeking vibrant, enthusiastic, and dedicated Shift Leads/Managers to join our team. The Shift Lead plays a key role in fostering a positive, service-focused environment, ensuring that every guest receives the highest level of hospitality and product quality. The Shift Lead supports the General Manager and assists in successful bakery operations by leading the team, managing shifts, and upholding brand standards at all times. Requirements

  • 1–3 years of management or shift leadership experience
  • Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration
  • Ability to follow instructions and uphold company standards
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Strong alignment with the Nothing Bundt Cakes culture
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality
  • Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
  • Proven sales ability and comfort engaging with guests

  • Ability to coach, motivate, and influence team members

Responsibilities

  • Serve in multiple bakery positions throughout the week
  • Lead and manage shifts in the absence of the General Manager
  • Abide by and enforce all Nothing Bundt Cakes policies and procedures, including uniform standards
  • Uphold the brand’s image and ensure a clean, inviting bakery environment
  • Maintain efficient service standards, wait times, and overall guest convenience
  • Model exceptional guest service at all times
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly and professionally
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all promotions and product offerings
  • Interview, hire, train, and evaluate team members as needed
  • Provide continuous feedback, coaching, and performance support
  • Accurately complete required administrative tasks, including scheduling, royalty reports, sales and labor reporting, and other operational documentation
  • Maintain strong communication with team members, owners, and the home office
  • Oversee and reconcile sales transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance
