Requirements

  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Leadership experience is a plus
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Passionate about fitness and health
  • Positive and interpersonal
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
  • Ability to resolve issues effectively
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Schedule must fit the needs of the club
  • Must work full-time hours
  • Remain standing or walking for extended periods
  • Frequent communication, in-person and via phone
  • Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Handle cleaning chemicals or biohazards safely

Responsibilities

  • Greet members, guests, and prospects
  • Handle all front desk activities
  • Respond to employee or member questions and concerns
  • Handle issues and escalate as needed
  • Supervise front desk staff and ensure tasks are completed
  • Answer phones promptly
  • Check in members and update accounts
  • Facilitate new member sign-ups and conduct tours
  • Assist with cleaning and organizing the club
