Sedron Technologies is hiring a talented Shift Lead with a Process & Maintenance Focus in Kinnard, WI. Founded in 2014 and headquartered in the Pacific Northwest, Sedron designs, manufactures, installs, and operates advanced water and waste upcycling technologies. With a focus on transforming the paradigm from waste processing to resource recovery, Sedron works with agricultural, municipal, and industrial customers to process their "waste" into climate-smart commodities through environmentally and financially sustainable methods. The Shift Lead oversees safe and efficient plant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring all processes run according to SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. This role leads and mentors a team of Chemical Operators, manages daily production activities, coordinates closely with Maintenance, and responds to operational issues, equipment failures, and emergencies. Strong technical knowledge of chemical processes, DCS operation, and mechanical troubleshooting is essential. The schedule will be rotating-four days on, four days off-and will repeat every 10 weeks. We have day shift (6am to 6pm) and night shift (6pm to 6am) available.
