About The Position

Shift Lead – Rosati’s Pizza (Rhinelander, WI) Help Lead the Opening Team at Rosati’s Pizza! A brand-new Rosati’s Pizza location is opening in early May in Rhinelander, and we are looking for strong leaders to help build and guide our team from day one. This is a locally owned and operated restaurant in a brand-new construction building, offering a great opportunity to grow with a new business and help shape the culture from the ground up. Rosati’s Pizza is known as “Chicago’s Greatest Thin Crust Pizza.” Our company is built on family values, strong work ethic, and teamwork. Position Summary As a Shift Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly during your shift. You’ll help guide the team, maintain high food and service standards, and support staff during busy periods in our fast-paced environment. To succeed in this role, you should be self-motivated, friendly, and responsible, with strong leadership qualities and the humility to jump in wherever needed. We expect our Shift Leads to lead by example, support team members, and create great experiences for our customers.

Requirements

Previous customer service or restaurant experience preferred
Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
Strong communication, leadership, and people skills
Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Willingness to jump in and assist wherever needed during busy shifts
Commitment to continuous improvement and personal development

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
Deliver excellent service and maximize customer satisfaction
Respond efficiently and professionally to customer concerns
Organize and supervise staff during shifts
Provide feedback and coaching to team members to improve performance
Train new and current employees on customer service and operations
Help promote Rosati’s in the local community through positive guest experiences and word-of-mouth
Ensure restaurant standards for cleanliness, safety, and food quality are maintained
Assist with opening and closing procedures
