About The Position

At Nothing Bundt Cakes, our Joy Creators make the magic happen — and our Shift Leaders keep the magic running smoothly. As a Shift Leader, you’re the go-to person when the bakery is buzzing. You lead the team, solve problems, keep the vibe positive, and make sure every guest leaves smiling (and probably posting about it). You’ll coach Team Members, keep operations on track, and step in whenever a guest needs extra care. You’re part leader, part organizer, part cake-hero — and 100% reliable. You don’t just work the shift… you run the celebration. This job is fun — but it also matters. You help create the atmosphere guests remember. Requirements

Prior leadership or customer service experience

Responsibilities

Leading the team through busy bakery moments
Making sure every guest feels welcomed and taken care of from a service and production perspective
Coaching Team Members and setting the tone for great service
Handling guest concerns with professionalism and kindness
Keeping orders accurate and the bakery organized
Communicating with management and keeping things on track
Supporting the team with flexible availability up to 40 hours per week
