About The Position

Are you passionate about coffee, community, and leading a positive team culture? We’re looking for energetic, reliable, and upbeat leaders to join our Wyoming café as Shift Leads. You'll be the go-to person on shift, helping your team deliver top-notch service, keep things running smoothly, and spread good vibes all around.

Requirements

• A love for coffee and people!
• Dependability and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet throughout your shift.
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• A valid food handler’s certification (or the ability to get one within 30 days).

Nice To Haves

• Experience in food, beverage, or customer service (a plus, not a must).

Responsibilities

• Lead by example—bring energy, positivity, and a “customer first” attitude.
• Uphold our Company Core Values and Mission.
• Support your team and help keep the café clean, organized, and efficient.
• Follow our tried-and-true recipes and uphold quality in every cup.
• Train, guide, and support team members during your shift.
• Help manage inventory, orders, and daily operational checklists.
• Act as a key holder—open or close the café and ensure safety for all.
• Work closely with the Store Manager to address any team needs.
