The Shift Lead plays a key leadership role in executing daily operations and supporting the store management team. This role is responsible for leading shifts, delegating tasks, coaching team members, and ensuring the Kuppa Joy experience is consistently delivered. The Shift Lead helps maintain operational standards and creates a positive, high-performing team environment during each shift. Shift Leads model Kuppa Joy values and help drive excellence across all five operational pillars: Customer Service, Food & Drink Quality, Cleanliness, Teamwork, and Asset Protection. This position is ideal for a dependable, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to grow into higher levels of leadership.
