Requirements

• Passion for food and beverage offerings.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
• Manual dexterity and good auditory and visual skills.
• Ability to perform continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with guest experience and ensure the overall quality of menu items according to Thunderdome's standards.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Follow proper compliance of safety, sanitation, and health standards.
• Maintain a clean and efficient work station.
• Handle guests' requests and complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive and cooperative team environment.
• Work on the line with food and beverage preparation while interacting with guests.
• Assist managers in developing team members and holding them accountable to the highest standards.
