About The Position

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a lead in corporate owned and operated restaurants.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Plan for each shift and monitor performance during the shift.
• Take action to ensure the team is meeting McDonald's standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Lead to prepare for the next shift.
• Meet targets during shifts and help assigned Departments meet their goals.
• Manage food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, crew management, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety and security, scheduling, and training.
