The Shift Leader oversees daily operations in the absence of the General and Assistant General Manager, ensuring smooth and efficient shifts.

  • Demonstrate strong menu and product knowledge.
  • Lead and manage a team of 2-5 crew members during shifts.
  • Act as a key holder and perform opening and closing tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing effective communication with guests and team members.
  • Participate in training programs and continuously develop skills.
  • Maintain reliability and adherence to scheduling requirements.
  • Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience, preferably as a shift lead
  • Ability to work 2 morning (opening) and 2 night (closing) shifts
  • Proven ability to efficiently multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
