Responsibilities

  • Open and close the store in the absence of management.
  • Handle cash and ensure the store is ready for business.
  • Manage deliveries and product returns.
  • Engage customers and provide assistance with products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure a positive experience.
  • Coach team members on customer service best practices.
  • Hold store keys and assist with operations.
  • Register all sales and manage cash register operations.
  • Assist in evaluating and developing store displays.
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and manage pricing.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations regarding products.
  • Assist with bookkeeping activities as necessary.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and appearance.
  • Assist with stock rotation and product placement.
  • Communicate tasks to team members in the absence of management.
  • Report disciplinary issues and customer complaints to management.

Requirements

  • One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
