About The Position

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Shuttle Drivers for full-time and part-time opportunities to start immediately!

Job Responsibilities:
Provides clear direction and follow-up to all employees on a regular basis
Works closely with the assigned Regional Manager to ensure the operation is within compliance of the standard operating policies, procedures, and contractual requirements.
Collects ridership reports and enters ridership data in client’s provided format.
Mains the Missed Service Log.
Communicates with Campus Safety to report late arrivals.
Ensures the Vehicle Pre-Trip Inspections are filled out properly by the operator.
Ensures Vehicles are clean, have acceptable fuel and fluid levels.
Follows client’s vehicle maintenance protocol.
Communicates effectively with client and management to report any service-related concerns.
Covers driving assignments as needed.
Assists with on-site training as needed.
Other duties expected or as assigned
Talent Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Possess excellent communication and decision-making skills
Punctual in attendance
Must be proficient in Word, Excel
Ability to be an outside the box thinker
Ability to effectively lead a team

Sign-On/Retention Bonus• Terms and conditions apply.• Bonus will be paid in three (4) payments: 4 payments at 60, 90, 120 and 150-days. $500 after 60-days, $500 after 90-days, $500 after 120-days, and $500 after 150 days.
• Bonus opportunity ends 03/31/2026.• Must be employed full time and working full time to receive each installment.
• Must have a VTT Commercial License with a Passenger Endorsemnt on hire in order to recieve bonus.• Applies to all new, full-time employees hired at this location between 01/01/2026-03/31/2026
