Under the direction of the theatre management team, the Shift Lead is responsible for providing support to management as it relates to theatre efficiencies, staff communication and meeting daily goals. A shift lead may serve as a first point of contact for guest concerns and assist with other associate related tasks such as: coaching, training, and policy enforcement. This position will help ensure an exceptional guest service experience. This position reports to the General Manager (reporting may vary by location).
