A Catering Shift and Production Shift Lead will work closely with the Production and Catering Manager(s) to help manage back-end production, planning, fulfillment, and quality assurance for all back-end kitchen items. In addition to assisting production related duties the Shift Lead will help production, and lead on-site events. The Shift Lead can work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other team members. Success in this role includes ability to plan effectively, execute back-end production, help manage inventory, learn how to lead a production shift, and successfully run and lead catering events.
