About The Position
ShotVet is seeking a highly organized, proactive Senior Lead to drive operational excellence across our mobile clinics. This role is key to keeping teams aligned, prepared, and performing at their best.
Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license in good standing
- (1) year of leadership and/or operations experience within a veterinary setting highly preferred
- Ability to manage logistics in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage staff schedules, including distribution of RVT and team schedules
- Oversee inventory management and weekend clinic preparation
- Coordinate van maintenance and operational readiness
- Organize and conduct team training and routine check-ins
- Partner with Field Supervisor on regional APT coordination and route planning
