About The Position
Shift Leads assume the responsibility for managing the restaurant when the KM, AGM or GM are out of the building. S2 - Kitchen Shift Lead leads shifts and supports the KM in running the kitchen. They get to know the food, the ordering, and the recipes at a higher level. The S2 also has the ability to flex to the service line and work front of the house shifts as needed.
