Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced retail, beauty, restaurant, or hospitality setting
- Proven leadership abilityâyouâve led a shift, trained teammates, or managed operations before
- Passion for customer service and a people-first mindset
- Understanding of inventory and basic loss prevention practices
- Excellent time managementâyou know how to prioritize and delegate like a boss
- A team player with stellar communication and problem-solving skills
- Motivated, upbeat, and reliableâyou bring the good vibes every day
- Willing to undergo background checks as required by law
Nice To Haves
- A current cosmetology license is a plus (but not required)
Responsibilities
- Be the go-to leader on shiftâguiding the team and keeping the shop energy high from check-in to checkout
- Manage the daily flowâassigning clients to Stylists, organizing breaks, and keeping everyone in sync
- Train new front desk team members (aka Bartenders) on all things Drybar, from our 10 Core Values to our systems and service standards
- Monitor and maintain inventory, place orders when needed, and keep the shop stocked and looking fabulous
- Help uphold company policies and safety regulations, and flag any concerns to Shop or District Managers
- Create a positive, solution-focused environment and model Drybarâs commitment to excellence
- Support the front desk by providing Pipeline info and staying current on promotions and merch
- May assist with admin tasks and step into the Bartender or Stylist role as needed (if licensed & trained)
