About The Position
Join our dynamic team for an exciting customer service adventure tailored just for you. At our Family Entertainment Center, we’re looking for a dependable Shift Lead who’s ready to take ownership of the day. This role is hands-on and guest-facing, with responsibility for opening and closing the facility , supporting the team on shift, and making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. As part of our Attractions All-Stars team, you’ll lead by example on our indoor ropes course and climbing walls, keeping safety, guest experience, and teamwork front and center. Responsibilities
- Opening and closing the facility following established procedures
- Leading the team on shift and setting the tone for guest service
