Feng Cha Teahouse, a boba company located in Newark, is seeking dedicated team members to join our team as Shift Leads. This full-time position requires 30 to 35 hours of work per week, and the ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of baristas during selected shifts. The role involves not only managing the team but also actively participating in the preparation of drinks, baking cakes, frying and cooking food, cooking boba, prepping food and fruit, and ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the store. Additionally, the Shift Lead will be responsible for stocking and organizing supplies to ensure smooth operations during busy hours. The position requires a high level of work ethic and a strong sense of teamwork. Candidates must possess a flexible schedule to cover shifts, especially during the holiday season, and must be dependable and reliable. The shifts available include a mix of day and night hours, with specific times outlined for each day of the week. Restaurant experience is essential, and any managerial or lead experience will be considered a significant advantage. This role is crucial for maintaining the quality of service and product that our customers expect from Feng Cha Teahouse.
