About the position
Join the #1 Pizza Company. You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and Customer relations. In addition: Staffing, Paperwork, Cost Controls, Cash control, Food management, Work to a Schedule, Perfect Image and adherence to standards, Great Customer Service, Attendance & punctuality, Transportation to/from work, Store cleanliness, Marketing, Profitability.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the shift including cost controls, inventory control, and cash control.
- Ensure great customer service and maintain attendance and punctuality.
- Oversee staffing and paperwork.
- Maintain food management and store cleanliness.
- Work to a schedule and adhere to company standards.
- Implement marketing strategies to enhance profitability.
Requirements
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- 1 year of restaurant experience (Preferred)
- Driver's License (Preferred)
