Handles maintenance needs throughout the hotel and grounds including Preventive Maintenance in guest rooms. Responds to calls for guest needs as it relates to maintenance and can multi-task
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance such as plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
- Must be able to work well in a team
- Communicate with other departments of the hotel
- Customer Service is a must
