About The Position
The Shift Engineer is a Union Non-Licensed Building Engineer responsible for maintaining the integrity of all building systems, operating the building efficiently, and performing various tenant services while ensuring positive tenant relations in accordance with the client's operational and safety procedures. This position reports to the Chief Engineer and involves overseeing the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection. The engineer will also assist in monitoring contractors, provide technical support, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
