About The Position

Immediate Hiring Need for Shift Electrician $100K PLUS WITH OPPORTUNITIES FOR BONUSES TO EARN MUCH MORE Veterans are Encouraged to Apply!!! Overview This opportunity is for our Corpus Christi location. Applicants would need to be willing to relocate to Corpus Christi, TX to be considered. In this role, you will work to promptly address a diverse range of trouble calls and collaborate closely with the Operations Team to resolve issues and maintain production timelines. You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical, instrumentation, programming, and automation systems.

Requirements

Troubleshooting skills of Motor Controller Cabinets, and Pressure, Flow and Temperature Instrumentation, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
Outstanding safety and attendance record.
Strong background in utilizing test equipment such as Multimeters (Flukes), O’scopes, and Profibus Addresser.
Military Experience, Civilian Certifications or Technical Degree in automation/control circuits, coupled with extensive experience in power distribution.
Exceptional communication skills.
The ability to work nights and weekends is required

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in TIA Portal/Step 7/LogiCAD/XPact preferred.
Prior experience with overhead bridge cranes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Conduct emergent electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and modifying programming/automation to ensure uninterrupted production line operation.
Respond promptly to trouble calls and perform preventative maintenance tasks to uphold production efficiency.
Collaborate effectively with Operations to address and resolve electrical and automation issues.
Utilize software applications to troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
