Being able to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues

Nice To Haves

Prior experience as a shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, or restaurant assistant manager is preferred

Responsibilities

Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
Offering immediate and respectful responses to Guest's needs
Assisting in training new hires and acting as a role model for the team
Being a friendly, encouraging team player
Opening and/or closing, leading shifts, and being a key holder
Counting drawers and finalizing the day
Exhibiting excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
