Job Summary Schedule: 40-hours per week, day shift; schedule includes on-call rotation (weekday/weekend) The Shift Charge Nurse has authority, responsibility, and accountability to provide clinical and administrative leadership on her/his shift. This position reports to the Nurse Manager/Director and operates within established organizational and departmental policies and procedures. This position is part of the Massachusetts Nurses Association Bargaining Unit at Cooley Dickinson Hospital.
