Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 1+ years of direct clean room factory experience.
  • Work a compressed workweek schedule, including 12-hour shifts.
  • Spend the majority of time (more than 90 percent) in a cleanroom environment, where tasks may include climbing short stairs, walking 2-4 miles per shift, and standing or sitting for extended periods.
  • Lift up to 25 pounds up to five times per day.

Nice To Haves

  • Current experience with sort Probe Card Metrology equipment, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting processes.
  • High proficiency with repairing probe cards using microscope stations and related equipment.
  • Demonstrated high hand-eye coordination in support of microscopic manipulation of hand tools.
  • Ability to follow documented procedures and proven track record of success in role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and other factory-related software tools.

Responsibilities

  • Perform tasks associated with sort production, including equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor and evaluate operating data to conduct equipment repair and ensure process optimization.
  • Execute preventive maintenance and sustainment activities to maintain equipment readiness and efficiency.
  • Collect and analyze production data to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
  • Troubleshoot nonstandard production events and ensure technological health and stability.
  • Collaborate with engineers and peers to support the installation, qualification, and maintenance of production equipment.
  • Conduct quality checks, ensuring that raw materials and finished products meet established standards.
  • Maintain accurate production logs and documentation as required by operational procedures.
  • Work in a cleanroom environment while adhering to safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
