About The Position

Shentel is hiring a Retail Customer Service Representative in our Rocky Mount, VA Shentel Store. We are looking for a sales-oriented customer service professional to sell Shentel Broadband service through face-to-face and over the phone interactions. You will play a pivotal role in keeping your neighbors connected!

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of customer service or call center experience.
• Proven track record as a successful sales professional.

Responsibilities

• Sell Shentel Broadband service through face-to-face and over the phone interactions.
• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients.
