The Shelter Staff position is essential to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of young people staying at the Youth Emergency Overnight Shelter . You will provide hands-on support, assist with crisis intervention, and maintain a compassionate, structured environment that promotes dignity and stability for all guests. This is a part-time role requiring two full shifts per week - Tuesday and Friday Overnight (16 hours total) . You’ll be part of a dedicated team that works collaboratively to support youth in accessing resources, developing trust, and taking the next steps toward independence.
