About The Position

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Program: Meet with guests enrolled in the Personal Resilience Program (PRP) program a minimum of one time per week in order to monitor and encourage their progress as follows: - Provide Christ-centered counsel that supports their recovery Confirm their fulfillment of each program phase requirement Refer them to (and) assist them in contacting appropriate area agencies and organizations with which Crossroads partners Provide a thorough orientation to each guest who desires to enroll in the 4-Phase PRP Recovery and Long-term Living Program Oversee Crossroads Med monitoring program. Report med related concerns to supervisor immediately. Engage in teamwork with guests and Case Management team to determine each guest’s length of stay according to their efforts to succeed in their program and their current situation Teach PRP classes Be able to communicate pertinent information concerning each guest’s welfare, progress, and status of stay to Case Management team, and partnering agencies Lead current guests from a Christian perspective, empowering them to affect needed change in their lives and encouraging them to grow in their relationship with Christ Identify gaps in services, and work with your supervisor to cultivate programs or services to fill these gaps Work with Executive Staff to develop goals for Crossroads’ 4-Phase transitional living program A willingness to be on call as scheduled Coordinate guest drug and alcohol testing as needed Develop and maintain professional relationships with local agencies and organizations. Be familiar with their services in order to make informed referrals Attend case manager network meetings on a regular basis Log and file program records neatly and properly, keeping guest information secure at all times Collect and record all guest program fees Work with Executive Staff to compile information for grant compliance and other reporting needs Report maintenance concerns to supervisor Other duties as assigned Supervision Duties: Coordinate work schedules for security staff Oversee requested PTO and Sick leave for security staff Work with Associate Executive Director to address security team personnel issues and determine staff disciplinary actions when needed
